6winr Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "6winr", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the 6winr platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://6winr.io.
• "Player", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 6winr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 6winr platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 6winr website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, features, tools and services offered therein.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's 6winr Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player's Account under a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which 6winr processes all financial transactions on the platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 6winr platform — including browsing game lobbies, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 6winr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 6winr platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period on 6winr or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing wagers or conducting financial transactions on the platform.

6winr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Where a Player is found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility, 6winr shall close the Account immediately, void all wagers placed during the period of ineligibility, and return deposits only where applicable law requires.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the 6winr platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are obliged to update your account information promptly if any details change. 6winr may require Players to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before permitting withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence issued in Bangladesh.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• You must notify 6winr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• 6winr will never ask you for your account password via email, live chat or any other channel.

6winr reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any Account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been or may be violated.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 6winr are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within two minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 6winr Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 6winr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any transaction it deems suspicious before processing.
• Players must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request can be approved.

6winr does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet or card provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 6winr bears no responsibility.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6winr offers bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated alongside each offer at the time it is made available. General bonus conditions include:

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome or first-deposit bonus only once. Attempts to claim the same promotional offer multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated Wagering Requirement has been completed.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the account without compensation.
• 6winr reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress is honoured under its original terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated bet placement to exploit bonus terms, use of low-risk hedging strategies across markets, or collusion with other Players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event bets placed on the 6winr platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 6winr does not accept responsibility for errors in odds that are clearly manifestly incorrect (palpable errors), and reserves the right to void bets placed at such odds.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a Cash Out feature is explicitly offered and activated for the relevant market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport and competition, as published in the 6winr sports betting rules section.
• 6winr reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time prior to the start of an event where it has reason to believe that unusual betting patterns or irregularities may be present.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within each market and may vary by sport, competition, and Player account tier.
• Winnings on accepted bets will be credited to the Player's Account Balance upon official settlement of the relevant market.

8 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and instant games available on 6winr are supplied by certified, internationally regulated game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity:

• Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules prior to placing any wager.
• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. 6winr does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

9 Responsible Gaming

6winr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising gambling-related harm. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and can only be decreased (made more restrictive) with immediate effect; increases require a cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and cannot be reactivated until the period expires (or at all, in the case of permanent exclusion).

10 Account Suspension and Closure

6winr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or pending withdrawal, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that 6winr believes may be in violation of applicable law.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including through duplicate accounts or coordinated wagering strategies.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 6winr.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated against 6winr by the Player or their payment provider.

Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach of these terms has occurred, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6winr platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the property of 6winr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the platform without prior written consent from 6winr.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology underlying the platform.
• Scraping or harvesting data from the platform by automated or manual means.
• Using 6winr trademarks, logos or brand assets in any context without express written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6winr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its features.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any specific service or game.
• Errors, delays or inaccuracies in odds, game results or settlement calculations caused by technical faults beyond 6winr's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions made by the Player.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

6winr collects, processes and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the agreement between you and 6winr. By accepting these terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

6winr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 6winr will provide reasonable notice to Players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If a Player does not accept the amended terms, they must cease using the platform and may request closure of their Account.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 6winr platform, Players are encouraged to first contact the 6winr support team to seek an informal resolution.

6winr is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All complaints submitted to the support team will be acknowledged within 24 hours and a substantive response provided within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated in accordance with 6winr's formal complaints procedure.
